Peanut Butter Over Night Surprise
You Will Need:
1 ripe Banana
1 cup Nut Milk of your choice 
3/4 cup Rolled Oats
1 tbsp sweetener of your choice  Maple dyrup,agave, Natvia, or Honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 tsp vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Water,Filtered
Other things you could add to this: 1/2 tbls PB fit powder, Maca powder, Nut butter, cut up dates, chopped up fruit.
Extras/Toppings
Cacao Nibs
Coconut Flakes
Crushed Almonds
Your fav Granola 
Instructions
Add oats,Chia seed,cinnamon,sea salt and any extra dry ingredients you chose into a mason jar and mix well. Add in almond milk, water, vanilla,mash banana. Stir until combined.
 In a small bowl, mix PB powder until creamy. If you don't have PB powder you can add peanut paste. Add to mason jar mixture. Place in fridge overnight or at least 4 hours!
chop up up any topping you would like to add and add these in the morning when ready to eat. YUM! you will love the convenience of this meal and it will keep you going through out your work out. Enjoy!
